Nancy C. Harris is a family law paralegal at Mahoney & Richmond, PLLC, having worked with founding partner Andrew T. Richmond for over eight years.
She relocated to Virginia Beach from Boston in 2010 with her husband and two children.
Nancy graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in English and a minor in history, and the Katherine Gibbs School.
Working with M&R Law’s attorneys, Nancy enjoys assisting the clients throughout the litigation process. Prior to moving to Hampton Roads, she spent 10 years with a family law firm in Framingham, Mass.
Outside the office, Nancy is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys studying nutrition and alternative health solutions.
Stacie Bagwell has nearly 20 years of experience in the legal field, most it spent working as a paralegal exclusively in family law. She has been with Reeves W. Mahoney since 2004, working diligently with counsel in assisting family law clients. She particularly enjoys complex custody matters and the many challenges associated with custody litigation.
Stacie is proud of the unique approach the firm takes with each client’s case, including the association of multiple experts from different practice areas in assuring a successful outcome. It is through this type of commitment that Stacie has not only built trust with clients but relationships.

Ashley South is a native of Virginia Beach and a graduate of First Colonial High School. She attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where she majored in English.
Ashley started to work at law firms after college graduation. She has over 10 years of legal experience spanning two states: Virginia and California. Her experience has mainly been in the field of estate planning and administration, but she is excited to be working in family law for Mahoney & Richmond, PLLC.
Ashley‘s husband is in the U.S. Navy. The couple recently relocated to Virginia Beach from Monterey, Calif. Ashley enjoys traveling, Zumba, the beach, running and especially spending time with her husband and dog, Montee.

Joy obtained her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies. She has been working in the legal field for a decade. Joy enjoys being able to assist clients as they maneuver through difficult times in their lives.
Outside of work, Joy enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Tammy Kimball came to Hampton Roads by way of Neenah, Wisc., thanks to the military.

Tammy is a loyal and dedicated legal assistant and works diligently assisting family law clients at Mahoney & Richmond, PLLC. Tammy presents a calm, helpful and supportive demeanor as she handles their immediate needs, while patiently explaining procedures. While the firm’s clients experience open and frequent communication with their attorneys, Tammy adds an additional liaison for clear communications with the clients. Our family law attorneys look to her often as the initial contact with our clients. She is also relied upon by the attorneys for drafting necessary documents, meeting directly with the clients, scheduling appointments and court appearances, as well as keeping the client files organized.
Tammy enjoys being outdoors, gardening, bike riding, Green Bay Packers football and spending time with family and friends.
Cayti Cutchin works in the General Services department at M&R Law.
Cayti is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology through Old Dominion University after transferring from Tidewater Community College. Though she is Virginia Beach born and raised, she currently lives in Old Towne Portsmouth with her cat, Binx.
Having grown up on the water, Cayti loves to sail when she isn’t working or studying. She also enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with friends and family.
Toni Guagenti worked in newspapers on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, outside Baltimore and at The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk before leaving journalism to work in public relations, marketing
She’s served as a freelance political consultant for several Hampton Roads’ political candidates, including former Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms (2011-2018).
She also penned the book, “100 Things to Do in Virginia Beach Before You Die,” in 2016.
When she’s not exploring new parts of Hampton Roads or freelance writing, Toni hangs out with her Italian greyhounds, enjoys good vino and gleams with pride at being the mother of a 21-year-old college student.
Kasia Rice started her career as a legal assistant nearly three decades ago. For 24 of those years, Kasia has worked with attorney Reeves W. Mahoney.
The majority of her career has been spent as a legal assistant and a paralegal focusing on family law. Kasia has also worked as a paralegal managing residential and commercial real estate closings.
She brings her management experience to the table as M&R Law firm manager after working simultaneously for her husband’s software engineering/IT business since 2000.
Kasia and her husband live in Virginia Beach with their two daughters and myriad pets. In her spare time, she volunteers for the Virginia Beach Animal Care and Adoption Center by providing a foster home for cats and kittens.
